We’re looking for a highly motivated Junior Travel Administration Executive  to join our team in Warsaw.

The Role:

In this role, you’ll be the backbone of our travel bookings, handling all the essential administrative tasks that make our customers’ holidays a reality. This is a great opportunity to start or grow your career in the travel industry, focusing on the core logistical and technical aspects of booking and managing package holidays.

Things you will be working on:

  • Accurately book and confirm flight, accommodation, and other travel arrangements using Global Distribution System (GDS), as well as our internal booking systems and various supplier tools.

  • Proactively monitor and rearrange bookings due to supplier changes and communicate effectively with customers via phone and email to ensure a smooth and seamless travel experience.

  • Finalise and distribute travel documents, tickets, and itineraries with precision and efficiency.

  • Take ownership of problems and ensure they are resolved, escalating issues when necessary.

  • Ensure that reservations bookings are entered correctly based on the booking placed.

  • Monitor and manage outstanding payments from customers who have paid deposits, and take the necessary administrative steps to finalize their bookings.

  • Provide support during operational disruptions, like those caused by airport strikes, severe weather, or other major incidents.

  • Maintain a high standard of service when communicating with customers via phone and email regarding any of the responsibilities listed above.

You will bring:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and persuasively.

  • Amadeus / flight booking handling experience is a pre 

  • Knowledge of overseas geographical regions.

  • Ideally previous experience within a Tour Operator or Travel company

  • Excellent written and spoken English
