We’re seeking an Influencer Marketing Executive with attention to detail and creativity to join our Studio Team, on a full time contract, working three days a week in our Warsaw office.
The successful candidate will join a team that is responsible for developing and executing influencer and creator strategies that drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions. This role requires a good understanding of influencer marketing, someone who loves building relationships and collaboratively making great content for the UK market. This role covers the whole influencer spectrum from discovery to outreach and management in one of the most exciting industries.

The Team
Reporting into the Senior Influencer Executive, this role sits in the Studio team that drives forward the creative effectiveness of our brand across the UK and Germany. Working closely with our Brand team, you’ll join a fun, diverse, fast paced, creative and welcoming team. This role is based in Poland and requires you to be in our Warsaw office three days a week. Your line manager will be based in Warsaw, but will need you to be regularly interacting with team line manager and colleagues in London.
The role and things you’ll be working on:
Influencer Strategy and Campaigns

Identify, recruit, and build relationships with influencers, content creators and UGC creators.

Develop and implement influencer marketing strategies to achieve business goals.

Coordinate and execute influencer marketing campaigns, including travel & trip planning and collaborations.

Build content briefs for influencer campaigns.
Influencer Relationship Management

Maintain ongoing communication and relationships with influencers.

Negotiate contracts, deliverables, and timelines with influencers & talent managers.

Ensure influencer content aligns with campaign objectives.

Research and seek influencer partnerships.

Monitor and analyse the performance of influencer campaigns & track key metrics
Coordination & communication

Coordinate with the social team on delivery of influencer content across social media platforms.

Coordinate with the Finance team on invoicing, contracting and payments.

Coordinate with any wider marketing team & objectives as needed.

Communicate campaign updates and results to internal stakeholders.
You will bring:

Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in influencer marketing.

Experience in managing relationships with influencers and content creators.

Strong understanding of influencer marketing and UGC trends and best practices.

Strong communication & organisational skills.

Analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.

Strong project management and organisational skills with attention to detail.
