As an Admin Assistant (Travel Deals) you will be part of our Operations team who are crucial to our business. You will be responsible for ensuring that our offers’ availability levels are maintained at all times and you will be ensuring that our offers are price checked regularly. Additionally you will be supporting the Sales Production Team with any administrative tasks or projects.

Secret Escapes operates a hybrid working policy and we are all in the office 3 days a week. This role will be based in our Travelist office in Poland (Warsaw) and working hours are covered in shifts from Monday to Sunday between 8am-7:00pm. When covering weekend hours, time off is given during the week.
In keeping with being an inspirational travel brand, we also have a ‘Work from Anywhere’ policy, so you can work from anywhere in the world for up to a month each year!

Your responsibilities will include:

Responsible for maintaining the ‘stopsales’ inbox and resolving all cases within agreed SLAs.

Reviewing and price checking against competitors

Maintaining all live deals to a high standard by completing live maintenance requests

Processing ad-hoc requests from stakeholders

Helping and supporting with admin tasks or projects
What we are looking for

Fluency in English

Previous experience in an administrative role

Demonstrable attention to detail, taking total ownership for accuracy of output
