Where we work
At Secret Escapes, we believe that great work happens when people have the flexibility to choose how and where they work best. That’s why we’re a hybrid-first company, empowering our team to collaborate from our vibrant office and co-working spaces, as well as from home. Most of us are in the office at least once per week and our approach is designed to support productivity, creativity, and balance. We work core hours of 10-4 and allow our teams to make up the rest of the time as and when suits them, as well as offering a generous Work From Anywhere scheme, so many of our employees set up offices in beautiful international locations for up to a month per year!
