Secret Escapes operates a hybrid working policy and we are all in the office 3 days a week. We offer flexible working with core hours between 10 am to 4 pm, and you have the freedom to schedule the remaining hours to suit your routine.
In keeping with being an inspirational travel brand, we also have a ‘Work from Anywhere’ policy, so you can work from anywhere in the world for up to 4 weeks each year! This benefit is designed both to feed our travel passion and support parents and carers, especially during school holidays.

Elevator Pitch
The Secret Escapes app is a fast-growing and vital part of our business. We want to supercharge the growth of our app user base through marketing. This role will be in charge of both paid and organic marketing activities, with the ultimate aim of profitably growing our app user base. The role encompasses technical app marketing knowledge as well as creativity through advertising and problem solving.
The Role & What You’ll Do

Drive Performance: Take full accountability for App performance, ensuring key KPIs are met, including ROAS, CAC, CPI, and lifetime value.

Planning & Goal Setting: Help define performance marketing OKRs and recommend new projects to drive growth.

Budget Stewardship: Nurture and optimise large-scale budgets, ensuring precise monitoring and pacing across all platforms.

Execution & Excellence: Maintain and improve account health with hands-on implementation in platforms such as Google Ads and Apple Search Ads.

Develop Stakeholder Relationships: Work directly with internal teams such as Data and Brand Marketing, and nurture partnerships with external partners such as Branch, Meta, and Google.

Lead the ASO Roadmap: Focus on keyword optimization and creative experimentation to reduce Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) through increased organic installation volume.

Innovate: Find new ways to drive app use through paid and organic channels.

Monitor Health: Keep a pulse on overall app health metrics such as monthly active users and uninstall rates.

You Will Bring

Proven App Marketing Experience: Extensive experience in scaling app user bases through diverse marketing channels.

Technical Toolset: Proficiency with Branch (or other MMPs) and a solid understanding of measurement frameworks such as SKAN.

Data Fluency: The ability to collate data from various sources to create insightful analysis or visualisations (e.g., Google Data Studio).

Testing Mindset: A proven ability to design and run impactful A/B tests.

Innovation: Experience using AI tools for copywriting, creative production, and the automation of workflows.
