About the Role:

Based in our Berlin office, you will be the creative champion for the German market creative, working closely with our London-based team. This is a high-impact role focused on two main areas:

  • Media Campaigns: Ideating killer, high-quality, on-brand concepts for integrated paid partnerships with travel and consumer brands.

  • Digital Paid Media: Actively ideating, scripting, testing, and evolving high-performing creative (video, social formats, CTV) based on real-time data and a constant testing framework.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Creative Leadership: Driving the creative output for the DE market from concept to execution.

  • Data & Testing: Using performance metrics (VTRs, drop-off points) to inform and constantly evolve a distinctive visual style that drives revenue.

  • Innovation: Integrating AI and new technologies into the creative workflow for ideation and production efficiency.

  • Quality Control: Ensuring all assets meet the high standards of the Secret Escapes brand.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Native-level German and strong English proficiency.

  • Proven experience as a Creative Strategist or Hybrid Creative in 

  • Strong concepting and script-writing abilities, especially with video-led content.

  • Comfortable working with performance data (VTR, CTR) to inform creative decisions.

  • Hands-on experience producing creative for paid social (Meta, TikTok, YouTube).
