The Role:

As a New Business Development Representative you will be part of the International Sales Team which takes care of our partnerships around Europe.

Things you will be working on:

  • Active acquisition of new hotels for the Travelist portfolio

  • Representing the company in relations with potential business partners

  • Preparing offers and negotiating terms of cooperation

  • Maximizing sales results

  • Learning about the needs of customers (hotels), building strong relationships

  • Gaining knowledge and monitoring the competition’s offer

  • Reporting results in the Freshsales CRM sales system

  • Cooperating with the Marketing department and Account Managers in the selection of offers

  • Possible need for individual business trips in Europe (irregular, work from home 90%)

Things you will bring: 

  • Effectiveness in action, focus on achieving results

  • Very good knowledge of English, knowledge of Spanish, Italian or German is an asset

  • Communication skills in both telephone, e-mail and direct contacts

  • Experience in cold calling and working on a selected lead database

  • Commercial and negotiation skills

  • Solid sales experience supported by good results.

  • Well organized, independent and committed

  • Able to build relationships with  business partners

This is a hybrid contact. We work 2-3 days from our office in Warsaw. We will provide you with an employment contract as well as a package of benefits including discounts on our products and anniversary credits. We also have a work from anywhere policy where our colleagues can work from anywhere for up to 4 weeks a year!
