We are searching for a talented Sales Manager to join our sales team for the UK region. Reporting to the Senior Sales Manager, this person will take responsibility for negotiating contracts for hotel products directly with suppliers in the UK and will be based in London, requiring attendance in the office 3 days per week.

The role and things you’ll be working on:
As a Sales Manager at Secret Escapes, you will be responsible for identifying and maintaining business relationships with hotels across your designated region, aiming to drive the commercial growth of the company by securing the best deals for our customers.

Maintaining existing business relationships and contracting new hotels in the region across our range of product types.

Identifying a pipeline of sales that offer a constant diversity of product across your region, from country hotels and spas to chic and boutique in the city, from beach resorts to self-catering apartments.

Drive the commercial growth of your region by building strong relationships with decision makers in the supply chain.

Managing all elements of the contracting process from target identification and initial contact right through to pricing, contract agreement, allocation management and ongoing account management.

Close collaboration with other departments – particularly with Operations, Sales Steering & Revenue, Customer Service.

You will bring:

Excellent sales and account management experience, with a track record of successful contracting in the travel industry. Experience of negotiating contracts with GM’s/Revenue Managers/Owners in UK region is essential.

A strong negotiator and exceptional relationship building skills.

Experience of building strategic partnerships with business customers.

Good knowledge of the UK travel and hotel market.

A target driven mindset with experience of working towards, and achieving, monthly targets.
