As our Senior CRM Executive, you’ll be the architect of our member journey, taking full ownership of end-to-end campaigns from initial spark to final analysis. You’ll play a pivotal role in driving customer engagement and long-term sales, ensuring every piece of communication we send is as inspiring as the travel deals we offer.

Secret Escapes operates a hybrid working policy and we are all in the office 3 days a week. This role will be based in our Travelist office in Poland. We offer flexible working with core hours between 10 am to 4 pm, and you have the freedom to schedule the remaining hours to suit your routine. 

In keeping with being an inspirational travel brand, we also have a ‘Work from Anywhere’ policy, so you can work from anywhere in the world for up to 4 weeks each year! This benefit is designed both to feed our travel passion and support parents and carers, especially during school holidays.

The Role & What You’ll Do

  • Championing the end-to-end email campaign process, from initial briefs and creative content to targeting, data selection, deployment, and reporting.

  • Developing and delivering key projects to improve the customer lifecycle, such as launching automated anniversary journeys or integrating interactive tech like countdown timers.

  • Analyzing high-quality email marketing campaigns to drive data-driven decisions and impactful A/B testing.

  • Maintaining a deep understanding of your region’s members, behaviors, and response patterns, sharing these insights to inspire the wider marketing team and the business.

  • Utilizing data through pivot tables and functions (VLOOKUP etc.) to track performance and find opportunities for growth.

  • Cultivating a best-in-class CRM experience that maximizes customer lifetime value and keeps our members coming back for more.

The Team You will be joining a talented, delivery-focused team that ensures we successfully create, deliver, and report on all our high-quality email and push marketing campaigns. We pride ourselves on being email experts, managing production for regular weekly sends as well as tactical campaigns that reach key brand and trading objectives. We are a collaborative group that values accuracy and data-driven insights.

You Will Bring

  • Proven experience in email marketing or CRM, with a strong grasp of the end-to-end campaign lifecycle.

  • Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring the accurate delivery of every campaign.

  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize competing objectives and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

  • Solid analytical skills, including experience using pivot tables and Excel functions to interpret data.

  • Technical curiosity, with HTML, basic coding, or editing skills considered a significant bonus.

  • A test-and-learn mindset, with experience supporting A/B testing to optimize communication effectiveness.

  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken.

  • Nice to have: An understanding of how UX/UI impacts email performance and customer retention.
