Operating in 10 countries across Europe, Secret Escapes continues to grow and establish itself as a unique business, dedicated to giving our members the best range and value in luxury travel at low prices.

The Role

This role sits right at the top of the funnel. You own the first impression and everything that follows until a member decides to book. You’ll work closely with our Marketing teams (Performance, Brand, CRM) to make sure what we build and what we promote are pulling in the same direction.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Discovery & delivery: Partner with Design and Engineering to develop a process that values high-quality outcomes and iterative growth.

  • Prioritisation: Objectively quantify opportunities, assessing them commercially to balance business needs and team capacity so we’re always working on what matters most.

  • Dual brand stewardship: Serve both Secret Escapes and Travelist; spot what’s working for one brand and apply it pragmatically to the other, without losing what makes each distinct.

  • App ownership: Act as the primary product lead for our iOS and Android apps, driving engagement and conversion through well-prioritised, high-impact features.

  • Profitable demand growth: Own the mobile app roadmap with a keen awareness of how product decisions support marketing effectiveness — ensuring the right foundations are in place for teams and partners to measure, optimise, and scale their activity.

  • Stakeholder alignment: Share clear progress updates and keep stakeholders informed and involved. Be comfortable saying “no” or “not yet” when needed, keeping the squad focused on the work that makes the biggest impact.

  • Hands-on building: Deliver product improvements end-to-end, be it for members or internal teams by taking ideas from concept to working solution without always needing design or engineering resources.

  • Cross-squad collaboration: Work closely with other PMs across the group to manage dependencies and keep roadmaps joined up.

  • Market & member insight: Keep an eye on market trends and what members are saying, bringing those insights back to your squad to make sure we’re building the right things.

What You’ll Bring

  • AI-curious mindset: You’re genuinely interested in what AI tools can do for you right now, not as a future roadmap ambition, but in how you work today: writing specs faster, pulling signals from user feedback more efficiently, cutting through inbox noise. You experiment with tools to get there.

  • Product toolkit: Comfortable using tools like Jira, Miro, and similar.

  • Technical curiosity: Eager to learn the “how” behind our products so you can have meaningful conversations with engineers

  • Mobile app experience: Hands-on experience shipping features on iOS and Android — you know the platform constraints, release cadences, and the quirks that come with native.

  • Data literacy: Comfortable working with data and metrics to assess product performance, tell a clear story, and help the team make informed decisions.

  • Test-and-learn approach: You know how to run A/B tests, use user testing tools, and apply simple frameworks to help the team decide what to build next.

  • Organisational skills: Happy leading workshops with different stakeholders and keeping track of project timelines to make sure things stay on schedule.

You’ll be joining a small, highly collaborative team within Product & Tech. We have high expectations for initiative and ownership — we love it when team members spot a gap and dive in to fill it. We move fast, support each other, and always keep the members at the heart of what we do. We value progress over perfection and let data steer us in the right direction.

About You

  • Passionate about product: You genuinely enjoy the craft and the variety that comes with a broad, high-impact remit.

  • A problem-solver: Practical and calm when things are unclear — you’d rather find a way forward than get stuck on a problem.

  • A team player: You work well across teams and believe the best ideas come from collaboration.

  • Flexible and helpful: Happy to get your hands dirty and contribute wherever you can make the most difference

How We Work

  • Hybrid: Typically 3 days per week in the Warsaw office.

  • Work from Anywhere: Up to 4 weeks per year, anywhere in the world.

  • Flexible hours: Core hours 10am–4pm; schedule the rest to suit you.

We are an equal opportunity employer: Diversity and inclusion are important to us at Secret Escapes and we encourage a culture where everyone can be themselves at work.
