Kind in how we treat each other. No meanness or score-keeping. Generous with time, praise, and benefit of the doubt. Honest in how we challenge each other. No hedging, speaking for others, no drama dressed as honesty. Open minded about our members, and each other. Each one needs the other two: being honest without kindness attacks; kindness without honesty stops progress; either without being open minded means we never learn and truly understand others.
