Our teams

Data Processing Team

The team specializes in publishing and managing hotel listings on our website, ensuring accurate pricing, room configurations, packages, and promotions. As system experts, they play a key role in preparing promotional offers and newsletters while maintaining high accuracy through a double-check process.

Customer Service Team

This team provides comprehensive support to both customers and hotel partners through email, phone, and chat, assisting with reservations, resolving issues, and handling inquiries about offers, group bookings, and complaints. They manage pricing analysis and process improvements.

Team Commercial

This team drives the commercial strategy, managing promotional campaigns, newsletters, and offer selection. They also handle pricing checks, platform optimization, and Travel Bird management.

Team Sales & Ava

The Sales Team manages relationships with hotels, ensuring strong partnerships. The Ava Team supports hotel collaborations by providing essential assistance.

Digital Marketing Team

Performance Marketing manages paid digital campaigns across major platforms, optimizing results and promoting top offers.
CRM oversees newsletters, push notifications, and SMS, enhancing customer engagement through automation and data-driven strategies.

Team Brand & Communication

They shape Travelist.pl’s brand image across all channels, creating inspiring content, unique graphics, and engaging videos. From contests to rankings, they make travel irresistible.

Finance & Business Analytics

Finance Team – They oversee the company’s finances, managing accounting, financial reporting, and audits. They also handle hotel settlements, issuing commission invoices and processing payments for upcoming stays.
Business Analytics Team – They analyze data to provide key insights, prepare weekly and monthly reports, and support company-wide projects. They also manage Tableau and deliver analytics for special campaigns.

People & Office Team

The team ensures smooth recruitment, manages employee documentation, and supports career growth through training and performance reviews. They handle internal communication, office operations, and technical support while organizing team events and well-being activities.
