Impact begins with the spark of an idea and the confidence to champion it. We value the “calculated leap”, prioritising decisive action over endless deliberation. Brave is also asking for help, choosing progress over perfection, and refusing to accept ‘it can’t happen’ until we find new ways to deliver. Brave and reckless are close kin. The balance is in the calculation behind the leap, not the size of it.

Kind in how we treat each other. No meanness or score-keeping. Generous with time, praise, and benefit of the doubt. Honest in how we challenge each other. No hedging, speaking for others, no drama dressed as honesty. Open minded about our members, and each other. Each one needs the other two: being honest without kindness attacks; kindness without honesty stops progress; either without being open minded means we never learn and truly understand others.

Wherever we’re based, we intentionally dissolve distance between offices and departments. Connection is vital. “Not my job” and siloed thinking should never replace “how can I help?” Be honest, transparent and when one team succeeds, we all celebrate; when a project fails, we all own the lesson.

Our member’s problem is complicated; our job is to make it simpler. The same applies internally. Strip away the cleverness, the over-engineering, and the gold-plating. The fewest moving parts that do the job well is the goal. Unfussy and clear lands the message. Simple isn’t dodging the hard or complex problems when those are the right ones to tackle.

We’re based in the modern Focus office building at Armii Ludowej 26, right in the heart of Warsaw, with stunning views of Pole Mokotowskie. It’s a space designed for both productivity and inspiring interactions, featuring a comfortable open-plan layout and eight fully equipped conference rooms for seamless teamwork.

Work From Anywhere

At Travelistpl, we know that new surroundings spark new ideas. That’s why we offer our team the chance to combine work and wanderlust. Once you’ve completed your probation period, you can apply to work remotely from any location where you have the legal right to work for up to 4 weeks per year. Whether it’s sipping coffee in a Tuscan village or logging in from a beachfront café in Costa Rica, our team members have made the world their office.
